About Your EB-5 Investment
1.How does the EB-5 investments work?
The EB-5 Program takes into review the investment and the investor. Both should meet the criteria set by the USCIS for the application to be successful.
The investment must be at least $800,000 in a TEA( Targeted Employment Area) Project or $1,050,000 in a non TEA project, legally funded, retained until the applicant submits the I-829 petition, and should ultimately result in 10 permanent full-time jobs in the country.
The investor should be deemed clear of criminal convictions and untoward conduct, including violation of immigration laws and fraud.
The investment can be made as a standalone investor or with the help of Regional Centers like Makaan. Both routes can lead to securing a conditional green card and then a permanent green card.
